Dunhill is a British based company developed by Alfred Dunhill after he inherited his father’s saddlery business. Dunhill specialises in men’s luxury leather goods, writing implements, lighters, timepieces, fragrances and clothing. A line of car accessories called ‘Dunhill motorilites’ were developed, responding to the growing demand for automobiles. The first collection included car horns and lamps, leather overcoats, picnic sets and timepieces. Dunhill pitched the company on the slogan ‘everything for the car but the motor.’ The Dunhill fragrance range includes many adventurous scents including Dunhill Desire, Dunhill Xcentric and more recently Dunhill Pursuit.
