Refund policy

At Perfumoi, we aim to make the return process clear, transparent, and fair.

1. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@perfumoi.co.uk. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to go through our standard return process.

2. Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

3. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in original condition
  • returned with original branded packaging and any included accessories

4. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance and beauty products are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. 

6. Return Shipping

If you no longer want an eligible unopened item, you may request a return within the return window.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label. 

No restocking fee applies.

7. Inspection and approval

Returned items are inspected on arrival. If the return meets the policy requirements, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

8. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

9. Exchanges

We are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order
