Are your fragrances genuine?

Yes. All products sold by Perfumoi are 100% authentic. We work only with trusted, reputable suppliers to ensure every fragrance is genuine and sourced responsibly.

How long does delivery take?

Order by 2pm Monday to Friday for free next day delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. International delivery may be introduced in the future.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances. Please contact our support team to arrange a return.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged or faulty on arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Selected items may include gift-ready packaging. We are working on introducing a full gift-wrap service soon.

Our collection pages allow you to browse by brand, scent family, or product type. If you need support choosing a fragrance, feel free to contact our team for personalised recommendations.
