Are your fragrances genuine?

Yes. Perfumoi supplies genuine branded fragrance and beauty products sourced through established wholesale and distribution channels across the UK and Europe. All products carry original batch codes that can be verified using services such as CheckFresh (https://www.checkfresh.com), allowing customers to confirm production details and authenticity. Supplier purchase invoices for all stock are also available for verification upon request.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to
Friday are typically processed the same day for UK dispatch. Delivery times may
vary depending on carrier performance and seasonal demand.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. International delivery may be introduced in the future.

Can I return a product?

Yes, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, in original condition, and
include original packaging.

What items cannot be returned?

Opened or used fragrance and beauty
products cannot usually be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the
item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery with your order number and photos so that our team can review the
issue and assist.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Selected items may include gift-ready packaging. We are working on introducing a full gift-wrap service soon.

How do you guarantee product authenticity?

  • We retain supplier invoices and purchase records for compliance and verification.
  • We do not alter, refill, relabel, or tamper with any branded products.

Perfumoi is an independent retailer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by
the brand owners featured on our website. Brand names are used only to identify
the products we sell.

Why does packaging or bottle design sometimes vary?

  • Manufacturers may update packaging, designs, or batch codes over time.
  • Products may also vary slightly depending on region or production batch.
  • These differences do not affect authenticity.

Can packaging vary from the image shown online?

Yes. Brand owners may update packaging,
labels, or presentation between production runs. Minor packaging variation does
not necessarily affect authenticity.
