Perfumoi ships orders within the United Kingdom.

Order processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery area

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise stated.

We ship via Royal Mail.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Shipping charges

We currently offer free next-day shipping on all UK orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday via Royal Mail.

Incorrect address details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details.
