Perfumoi ships orders within the United Kingdom.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, are typically dispatched the same day and delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day and delivered within 1–2 business days.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise stated.
We ship via Royal Mail.

Our default delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail Standard Delivery
We also offer Royal Mail Standard Delivery for customers who do not require expedited shipping.

We currently offer free next-day shipping on all UK orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday via Royal Mail.

Incorrect address details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details.
